Leadership and Organizational Dynamics SIG

(formerly the Consultant's Forum)

As the American Vending Machine Association
likes to say, "Change is good!"

The Consultant's Forum SIG is now the Leadership and Organizational Dynamics SIG.  We have done this for several reasons:

• We identified an opportunity to fill a void in the current SIG offerings.  Our thinking aligns with ASTD's mission to be an organization committed to training and development;

• As we strive to grow the SIGs and chapter membership, we felt that a Leadership and Organizational Dynamics SIG would appeal to a broader demographic of members and prospects;

• Stu Smith and Mike Brenner's expertise in leadership and organizational dynamics will facilitate the process of obtaining high-quality presenters doing interesting work in a variety of related areas.
