The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of ASTD supports the professional and career development of those responsible for linking workplace learning to improved organizational performance.

We are committed to helping you reach your goals as a training and development professional. The Chapter offers many opportunities for professional development and participation in a vital organization:

• Chapter Programs and Meetings - featuring speakers who challenge and inform issues in the Training and Development profession. These meetings also offer an opportunity to network with other professionals.
  
  
• Delaware ASTD - The Delaware ASTD Geographic Interest group meets the needs of the Delaware members of ASTD. Delaware ASTD meets several times a year for training-related programming and networking opportunities. In addition, it meets at least once a year for networking in a strictly social setting. The wide variety of programming is designed to meet the interests of the corporate trainers as well as the independent consultants who live in the Delaware region.
  
  
• Special Interest Groups - comprised of members who share a common interest, and meet to gain focus, clarity, new ideas and support from their peers.
